- Make sure you give SuperSteph as much information about the party as you can. It will make the party run much more smoothly.
- Always have a rainy day plan ready for any outside parties.
- Before SuperSteph and your guests arrive, tie some balloons to the end of your mailbox. It makes finding your party so much easier.
- Have a list of the children’s names ready with a space for contact phone numbers. You will need to collect these from any parents who are not staying.
- Always have a few spare chairs, plates, cups and party bags in place. Some parents find it difficult to go to a party with one small child and can’t find someone to look after their other children.
- Have a few snacks and tea ready for the parents that are away from the performance area. This helps the children concentrate on the show without excess chatting.
- If you are having your party at a hall don’t forget the Blu-Tak or the sticky tape.
- Write your mobile number on your invitations. This will help any parents that are lost or late.
- If you are having a costume party make the choice of costume a little generalised. For most parents life is very hectic and parents worry when their child has just been invited to a costume party that has a very specific theme and they have no time to find the right costume.
